BIOGRAPHY | ARTWORKS |
Raised in Washington, Adib Fattal is a world-traveller whose deceptively simple drawings are conceptual idealisations of the eternal cityscape. Working from his home in Damascus, Syria, Fattal’s prolific output forms an ongoing opus, mixing ancient myth, war and revolution with equanimity. Fattal’s work has been curated in accumulation at the Mardin Biennale (2014) and Istanbul Modern (2016). For Intersect 21, the Gallery of Everything present an installation of nine works.
